INVITATION FOR BIDS

BID INVITATION FOR THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF CCTV SYSTEM UPGRADE AT BIA, KATUNAYAKE

BID NO. : 026/T/2024

Bids are invited by the Chairman, Ministry Procurement Committee for the Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of CCTV System Upgrade to Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, Sri Lanka.

Bids should be submitted on Documents obtained from the Division of Supply Chain Management, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake on a cash payment of Sri Lankan Rupees Forty Five Thousand (Rs. 45,000.00) being a non-refundable Bidding Document Fee, together with an official letter of request, issued by the Bidder.

Bidding Documents will be issued between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any working day from 25.03.2024. up to  15.04.2024.

Bids shall be delivered to the Chairman, Ministry Procurement on or before 2.00 p.m. on 16th April 2024 and will be opened immediately thereafter at Procurement Division,  Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Aviation, 30th Floor, West Tower, World Trade Center, Colombo 01. Late bids will be rejected.
An on demand Bid Security equivalent to Sri Lankan Rupees Four Million (Rs. 4,000,000.00) in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a Bank approved by the Central Bank and operating in Sri Lanka payable to Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited should be submitted with the Bid.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 05.04.2024 at the Conference Room, 4th Floor, New Administration Building, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake,
